Alexis “Sasha” Cardenas

Certified Advanced Rolfer™
CAMTC 33148

I specialize in Rolfing® Structural Integration, and Pregnancy Bodywork. I bring a slow, "listening" approach to my practice-- working deeply without triggering the body to be defensive. My work is compassionate, intuitive and collaborative. In recent years, I’ve enjoyed taking on "problem" cases from trusted physicians, acupuncturists, physical therapists and chiropractors. I thoroughly enjoy helping clients resolve hard to treat pain and injuries through my studies in spinal mechanics, nerve mobilization, and trauma and nervous system regulation. In addition to my education and professional training, I draw from my experience in dance, acting, professional singing, collegiate level sports, sports medicine, and coaching to meet the needs of each client who walks through my door. Having been in full time practice for 10 years, I take this work very seriously and strive for the utmost integrity. I remain committed to staying to date on relevant research, trends, and practices in my field for the safety and wellbeing of all my clients and their families.
